At Uscan®, we are steadfast in our commitment to environmental stewardship. Through continuous innovation and close collaboration with environmentally responsible original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), we strive to reduce waste and pollution while safeguarding the health and safety of our customers and employees.
As part of our sustainability initiative, we are proud to introduce the Product End-of-Life Take-Back Program — a responsible solution for the proper disposal and recycling of end-of-life Uscan® RFS Touch Panels, IoT devices, smartphones, and tablets, in compliance with National Green Initiatives . This program is available to both existing and prospective customers.
In support of our ongoing sustainability goals, we also welcome participation from customers looking to replace competitor products with ours (subject to a service fee). Currently operational in Singapore, the program will expand to Peninsular Malaysia by 2025 as part of our regional sustainability roadmap.

Terms & Conditions

  • We partner with accredited e-waste operators to ensure all recycling processes meet stringent environmental standards.
  • If product dismantling is required on-site, associated costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) — including cables, accessories, and batteries — will be accepted for recycling at no cost.
  • Participation in this program does not obligate customers to make additional purchases with Uscan®.
  • Once collected, returned items cannot be retrieved or reinstated in the event of a change in decision.
